This might be because you may have a personal preference about how you wish to be treated (such as at home or in hospital), or because you wish to fit your treatment around your life and work commitments.

You can refer yourself directly to our service or be referred by a family member, employer or any other concerned individual who is able to fund private treatment on your behalf.
